Staff was friendly waitress was super sweet to me and the wife. We ordered two biscuits and sausage gravy. The biscuits was great the sausage was homeade looking which normally would be great but it was filled with pepper and hot and didn't quit taste rite. Still ate about a quarter of the plates me and wife both just didn't taste rite. Payed like 26 for 2 biscuits and gravy we tipped the waitress 3 because she admittedly was super friendly and polite. I didn't even make it out of Roswell before I got violently sick. Had to drive another 2 hours or so sick as a dog. My wife got sick It was horrible. Ruined first day of our vacation because we couldn't leave the hotel room. I admit it could of been a one in a million the place seemed great like a perfect spot. Locals eat there and was told they had great burgers but this was the only thing we ate that day and after we couldn't keep anything down. Sorry for bad review guys check your sausage.
We ate brunch there today. Food was great. Staff were friendly enough. It is a small place, so if you have a larger party, you will probably have a wait. There is also only one restroom, so if you have small kiddos who can't wait to go, keep that in mind.
We will definitely go back if we ever pass through Roswell again.
Cowboy cafe is delightful. The portions are large, the food is delicious, and the coffee keeps coming. There's a cowboy theme and a country taste to everything. If that's your cup of fire percolated coffee, you'll love this place.
